Brian Koldyk

As a strategist and business development professional, Brian has extensive experience in Agribusiness management, targeted communications and print and software publishing.  Through his career he has developed in-depth understanding of various manufacturing and distribution sectors and is well versed in IT, e-business and international sales and market development.  Brian grew up on the family farm in southern Manitoba, is a graduate of Red River College, Creative Communications and the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Agriculture.  He has lived and worked in Australia and Canada and has traveled extensively throughout North America, Europe and Mexico.  An avid pilot for over 20 years, Brian enjoys re-building planes in his spare time and has flown aircraft to every corner of North America.  Brian is the Technical Sales Manager (Western Canada) for the Mosaic Company.

MicroEssentials is a family of fertilizers produced by the addition of sulfur and/or sulfonated zinc during the phosphate granulation process.  The patented manufacturing process incorporates both the sulfate and elemental forms of sulfur into each granule much like the partial layers on an onion skin.  The result is a granule that combines the correct ratio of different vital nutrients into a uniform product.
